• Unattended Drop-offs: Customers are responsible for providing a secure and insulated collection container (such as a drop-box or cooler bag) at their doorstep to avoid temperature compromise after delivery.
• Modifications: Suspension or modification of daily orders must be submitted by 6:00 PM of the previous evening.

2. Product Quality & Integrity Guarantee

We source raw milk directly from trusted, verified farms in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Every batch of dairy undergoes comprehensive quality controls for fat content, SNF, and the complete absence of common adulterants in our testing lab.

Individuals or entities applying for our regional partnership programs (Agencies, Cold Rooms, Distributors, and Parlours) agree that:

• Information submitted through our regional recruitment directory is complete and accurate.
• Partnership and product distribution agreements are subject to area confirmation, verification of storage capacity, and final signed contracts.
• Pricing guidelines, regional exclusivity limits, and delivery schedules must adhere strictly to terms discussed with our sales team.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand logos (including the classic circular and script variants of Srichakra Milk Products LLP), layout designs, copy, product imagery, and illustrations on this website are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws of India.
